Introduction

Welcome to GreenPath Composting. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

GreenPath Composting provides  organic waste pickup, including the collection and processing of organic waste from businesses and individuals.

Service Agreements

Clients may be required to enter into a separate service agreement detailing specific terms, including pickup schedules, fees, and responsibilities. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Properly sorting organic waste and ensuring it is free from contaminants such as plastics, metals, and non-compostable materials.

  • Adhering to the agreed-upon pickup schedules.

  • Notifying GreenPath Composting of any changes in service needs or contact information promptly.

Payment & Billing Responsibility

Service fees are outlined in the service agreement or as advertised on our website

All payments are due at the time of checkout. By subscribing to a GreenPath Composting service, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their payment information remains current and valid.If your credit card is canceled, expired, or otherwise becomes invalid, and your subscription cannot be renewed, GreenPath Composting reserves the right to suspend service until payment is successfully processed. Late fees may apply if payment is not received by the renewal date.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 14-day written notice. GreenPath Composting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

GreenPath Composting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenPath Composting, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's breach of these Terms and Conditions or negligence.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
